• Gift Cards

  Gift cards are available on our products page here. 

  How Soča Gift Cards Works

  Soča gift cards are delivered digitally via email and include easy-to-follow instructions for redemption at checkout. Gift cards can be used exclusively at www.socastyle.com and are applied to the order total, including tax and shipping. There are no additional processing fees, and our gift cards never expire.

  Terms of Use

  Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced, so we recommend saving your original email or adding the code to a secure location. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Discounts and promotional codes cannot be applied to gift card purchases.

  Giving and Receiving

  If you’re sending a gift card to someone else, simply enter their email address during checkout. Want to keep it a surprise? Send it to your own email and forward it on when the time is right.

• Orders

  Fulfilment

  At Soča, we believe that great gear should arrive with the same reliability it offers in the field. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.

  Please note: We don’t ship on weekends or major U.S. holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.

  Changes

  We get it, plans shift. If you need to make a change to your order, reach out to us at soca@socastyle.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate updates to sizing, shipping info, or item selection before your order is packed and shipped.

  Once an order has been processed, we’re unable to make changes, but you can still return or exchange eligible items once they arrive. For more details, visit our Returns or Exchanges section.

  We move quickly, just like the rivers we love, so the sooner you get in touch, the better.

  Cancellations 

  If you need to cancel your order, reach out to us at soca@socastyle.com as soon as possible. We’re happy to cancel it for you, as long as it hasn’t been processed or shipped yet.

  Once your order is on its way, we’re unable to cancel it, but you’re always welcome to return it once it arrives, as long as it meets the guidelines in our Returns Policy.

  We do our best to move fast so you can get back outside, so don’t wait to let us know.

• Out of Stock Items

  We design our gear with purpose and produce in limited quantities to minimize waste and ensure quality. If an item is out of stock, it will be marked as unavailable, but don’t worry, you can sign up to get notified the moment it’s restocked.

  For select pieces, we may offer preorders or waitlists. If an item is available for preorder, you’ll see the expected ship date listed on the product page. Your payment will be processed at checkout, and we’ll ship the item as soon as it’s ready. If you join a waitlist, we’ll email you when that product becomes available again.

  Because our restocks and preorders are limited, we recommend acting quickly once an item becomes available.

• Returns + Exchanges

  Returns 

  We design our pieces to perform, and we stand behind them. If your order does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. To make a return, head to your Account and start the return process. A link to your Account is located in the header of the website.

  Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Simply visit your Soča Account to start the process. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you by email and your refund will be issued to your original payment method less return shipping costs within 10 business days. We’re here to make things right, so you can get back to doing what you love, on or off the river.

  Please note all final sale items are ineligible for returns or credit.

    

  Exchanges

  Sometimes the fit isn’t quite right, or you change your mind, and that’s okay. We offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

  To make an exchange, head to your account and select your preferred replacement item. As soon as we receive your return, we’ll ship the new piece out, typically within 3 business days. Because getting the right gear should be as seamless as wearing it.

  Shipping

  From the first stitch to the final shipment, we treat every step with care. Once your order is placed, it typically ships within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it’s on the move, so you can follow your gear’s journey from our hands to yours. 

  We offer multiple shipping options at checkout, depending on your location and delivery preferences. Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, and carrier delays, but we’ll do everything we can to keep things moving smoothly.

  Soča is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  Tracking

  Tracking your order is easy. If you have a customer account, simply log in to view your order status anytime. Don’t have an account? No problem, just use your order number along with the email address or phone number you used at checkout to access your order details. 

  You’ll find your order number in the confirmation we sent to your inbox or phone after purchase.

  1. Use of the Website

  This website and all its content, including images, product descriptions, copy, graphics, and designs, are owned or licensed by Soča Style LLC and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may browse, shop, and share, but you may not use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

  2. Account Information

  If you create an account, you’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us right away.

  3. Product Availability & Pricing

  Soča Style LLC does our best to ensure that all product details, pricing, and availability on our site are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, change pricing, or modify availability at any time without notice. Placing an item in your cart does not guarantee purchase until the order is confirmed.

  4. Order Acceptance

  Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. This does not mean your order has been accepted, it simply confirms that we’ve received it. Soča Style LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, errors in product information, or inventory issues.

  6. User Conduct

  You agree not to use our site for any unlawful or abusive purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site. We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these terms.

  7. Third-Party Links

  Soča Style LLC may occasionally link to other websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites, and accessing them is at your own risk.

  8. Limitation of Liability

  To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soča Style LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or the purchase of our products.

  9. Indemnification

  By using this site, you agree to indemnify and hold Soča Style LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from your misuse of the website or violation of these terms.

  10. Governing Law

  These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Dallas County, Texas, United States of America.

  11. Changes to These Terms

  Soča Style LLC may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site means you accept any changes.
